Hot Boozy Coffee

.5 shot Brandy

.5 shot Kahlua

.5 shot Grand Marnier

4-5 oz hot Split Rock Coffee

1 orange peel

.5 cup heavy cream

.5 tsp sugar

Whip the heavy cream in a bowl with a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form. Then add sugar to taste and blend. Lightly “burn” the orange peel with a lighter, this will help release the oils and will add flavor to the coffee. Pour the Brandy, Grand Marnier, Kahlua, and freshly brewed Split Rock Coffee in a mug. Simply stir with the orange peel, spoon whipped cream on top, and enjoy!

Holiday Coffee Cocktail

4 oz freshly brewed Split Rock Coffee

1 ½ oz amaretto liqueur

1 ½ oz coffee liqueur

1 oz butterscotch schnapps

1 oz crème de cocoa

Whipped cream, grated chocolate for topping

Combine Split Rock Coffee with liqueurs in a tall glass. Stir to combine and top with fresh whipped cream and grated chocolate. Serve warm or over ice.

It does not get much easier than that!

Baileys Afternoon Delight

1 oz Baileys Irish Cream

½ oz caramel vodka

½ oz Kahlua

1 tsp sugar (or to taste)

1 tbsp chocolate syrup

4 oz freshly brewed Split Rock Coffee

2 tbsp whipped cream, grated chocolate for garnish

Mix the Baileys, vodka, and Kahlua in a coffee mug. Add the fresh Split Rock Coffee, chocolate, and sugar. Stir thoroughly. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
