How do you accept payment?
On our website you can use major credit cards and any of the payment services listed on the product/checkout page.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to return or exchange any unopened coffee. If your coffee is delivered damaged or with a defect, we will happily replace it.
How do I use a promo code?
Promotional codes can be applied at checkout. Once you have added the items to your cart, view your cart by clicking on the icon. Next enter the code into the “Coupon Code” box and click “Apply Coupon”. If you are having issues with your promotional code, please call our office for assistance.
When does my gift certificate expire?
Gift certificates do not expire! Just like our dedication to providing you the best beans ever.
What if my prepaid items were not delivered?
You will be provided with shipping information once your order has shipped. If your order is not delivered, please contact our office via phone or email so that we can resolve the problem. We are committed to getting you your coffee in a timely manner.
How can I get an exchange or refund?
To make an exchange, please call or visit our office. We are happy to assist you in finding your perfect roast. If you require a refund, please contact us to resolve the issue.
What Covid-19 precautions are in place?
Our office is open daily from 9am-5pm. We frequently sanitize all surfaces and practice social distancing with face masks. Safety is our top priority and all of our coffee beans are packaged in sanitary conditions. Please call with any questions or concerns.
Is there parking available?
Yes, our office is located in a business park with a large parking lot.
Where are your coffee beans roasted?
Our coffee beans are roasted locally in Minneapolis at European Roasters. We are in the process of building a state-of-the-art roasting facility that will be opening later this year.
Where are your coffee beans sourced from?
We source our coffee beans from sustainable farmers around the world. Our light roast is solely Colombian Bucaramanga beans from the high elevations of north-central Colombia. Our medium roast is a blend of beans originating from Mexico, Brazil, and Ethiopia. Our dark roast contains mostly Mexican beans with a small percentage of beans from Papua New Guinea. Finally, our decaf blend consists of beans from Costa Rica and Ethiopia. Please call or visit our office for more information.
How do I know which coffee is right for me?
We are happy to talk with you about our coffee selection to determine the best option for you or your workplace. We offer four different roasts in a variety of sizes to meet the needs of every coffee drinker. Call our office or come in and meet us to discuss what’s right for you.
