All Split Rock Coffee is roasted locally in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at European Roasters. We’re currently building our own state-of-the-art roasting facility.

We source from sustainable farms around the world:

• Light Roast: Colombian Bucaramanga beans from high-elevation farms
• Medium Roast: Blend of Mexico, Brazil, and Ethiopia
• Dark Roast: Primarily Mexican beans with Papua New Guinea accents
• Decaf: Costa Rica and Ethiopia
  

If you prefer smooth and mellow, start with our Light or Medium roasts. For bold, chocolatey notes, try the Dark Roast. Need help? Give us a call — we’ll match you to your perfect cup.

Our facility follows strict sanitation and safety protocols, with daily cleaning, mask usage, and social distancing. Every bag is packaged under hygienic conditions.
